I bought a RK guitar back in 2009 and it had tuning octave problems. I am afraid of buying another because of that. Did you guys work on this issue?

I'm trying to so hard to get this version of cluck old hen down... I think I've got most of the melody...but I just realized there's this whole "under score"... is that just alternating the 1st and 5th strings softly? I think I'm just not doing clawhammer right...

I have this exact same model of recording king. And so this video is really very useful to me. Thanks. Also id like to mention how much I love this guitar. I have many guitars and a few I paid way too much for. I only realized this after I purchased a recording king. This guitar I bought new for just around $100. It isn't necessarily the best sounding guitar, but it has a kind of playability you find only in the higher end guitars. Best $100 I ever spent

Great video I have this same guitar I love it great tone sounds very good easy to play I love the v neck I use it to go back and forth from my 28 it is a refreshing break for my shoulder as I’m 64 years old

I've heard this guitar with the pickup removed from under the saddle... Significantly more responsive... I'd wish they'd switch from that thick modern, rounded under the saddle piezo... To a bridge plate pickup system.... The pickup sound better as well. None of that quack

I still have a DeArmond 210 sound hole pickup from the 50's. That's less problematic to install and I always thought it was a pain.

Should revamp the electronics and put a $50 (retail) passive JourneyTec bridge plate pickup in these guitars (or an equivalent). Not only would that give you much better line out sound.... But these guitarists should not have anything holding back their resonance... They're designed extremely light... With very open and resonant tone.... And you really don't want a piezo coming between the saddle and the guitar. It should also cut cost on manufacturing as a bonus
